Emergency Brake Handle Correct Reassembly Order ?

Hi all.

With the transmission out, I undertook a re-chrome of my emegency brake handle... which has come out wonderful!!!

I am reassembling the internal rod to the button that links to the pawl etc. In this case, I have forgotten where the washers are used and the Moss diagram is not complete. There were three small washers removed and one spring washer.

Can some one advise the correct assembly order for the washers/spring washer.

Do they all go onto the dowel on the brake handle and cotter-pinned into place? Does the rod-to-pawl connection receive a washer(s) or does it cotter-pin into place washerless?

Anyone have a nice photo.

Thanks!!!

Hi Andrew,
This is the only reference photo I have, hope it's what you need.

Re: Emergency Brake Handle Correct Reassembly Orde

Andrew1,
who did your re-chrome? I need to do the same thing, then I will probably have the re-install questions you have. Any luck getting it all back in place?
thanks,
David
