Having been more active on the forum lately, I get a lot of email notifications of activity on threads I am in. I don't need these notices as I look at everything several times a day. I have tried clicking on the notification bell and unchecking boxes for notifications, but it doesn't seem to work. What should I do?

I am going to post a video shortly that explains this. So as not to confuse the issue, I am temporarily locking this thread. Working on the video now.

Bob - quickest way I know to stop the "new reply to watched thread" emails is to click the "Disable emails from this thread" at the bottom of the email. In the same email, you can also choose to disable all emails.

That will do it on a per thread basis, but you can control globally from your settings. Doing it on a per thread basis works but is more tedious IMHO.
