I finally diagnosed and cured my final electrical issue on my 75 TR6 with the help of all the fine posts on this forum and the purchase of Dan Masters' book. Anyone who is struggling with electrical problems must have his book.
It turns out that my hazard flashers were not working properly for two reasons. First one was that the hazard switch needed a good cleaning and second problem was that when I was mounting the rear license plate about a year ago, I drove a sheet metal screw into the wire that runs to the rear left turn signal.
Guess the forum should have a category for problems caused by the "DCO".
We can't always blame the Prince of Darkness.
