The Gateway Arch here in St. Louis is 630 feet tall, this trail is @ 700 feet above the ground. I even get a little light headed being up in the Arch, and it's fully enclosed.</span>
 
Years ago, in the Marines, I used to dangle out of helicopters. Now I couldn't even crawl across that thing - it makes me dizzy just watching it....
 
There's a difference between dangling out of helicopters or jumping out of airplanes & walking that thing - CRAZY!!
 
Did you see that guy just walking across the rails - And he's using a camera while he's walking!!
 
How thick is that concrete? 1/2 inch? ridiculous that they even allow anyone up there.

<span style="font-family: 'Comic Sans MS'">I'm pretty sure there are some OSHA violations there somewhere. It's amazing that 100 year old concrete still holds up without reinforcement, which makes it even more insane to walk on it.

Apparently there were four deaths in 1999 and 2000 so the government closed the two entrances. From what I've read, it's pretty easy to get into, though.</span>

I'll walk that path when "way" is spelled with an "f". What's that, there is no "f" in "way"?? My point EXACTLY!!
