I've had other MGAs when I was younger, and it never occurred to me until too late, that with old age, weight gain and titanium knees, getting out of the cockpit can be a challenge (read IMPOSSIBLE without help!) Since I can't be the only short-sighted owner, I wanted to share my solution. A quick-release steering hub (as used in NASCAR) allows one to remove the wheel and turn the body without having the rim in the way. Also makes a great theft deterrent if you want to just take the wheel with you when you park.

I like the idea - do yo have a part # or info on which quick release works with the MG? I'd consider that for my "B"....
