So the Mrs. decides to surprise me by purchasing me an Eddie Bauer Expedition. SURPRISE!! Now I need to get it home. Any one know of a transport company that will do this? Any one wanna drive it here /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif
 
We bought my wife's Rodeo Sport in Illinois, and used DAS to get it here to Utah. Took 4 weeks, but it did get here in one piece with no damage. They claim to be able to track the truck all the time, but there were long stretches where it was not really trackable. We were not impressed with the service and wouldn't use them again, but in the end they did get the truck here.
 
What did it cost?
 
$867, shipped from Davenport, IA to Salt Lake City, UT, about a year ago. This was their hub-to-hub shipping, which was a bit cheaper than door-to-door.
 
Jeani found one today for $685 door to door. I am not sure who the hauler is as she is working right now. I will find out and let the forum know yay or nay.
