The curious thing is that it looks like it NEVER had any chrome or coloration to it. Or maybe somebody gave it an acid bath to remove all of that.

It's up to $2.25, starting to leave my price range. Especially since it has to be shipped from Alaska. Even so, I considered it for a while, but I decided that I don't want the V8.
