My pest control guy I.D.'d it just now, it's called a "lubber". Said when they're full-sized it takes a brick to kiil 'em. He ain't half wrong, I had to bludgeon it with a piece of 2x4. Multiple blows. He also suggested to keep the 2x4 handy, as there likely will be more...
