'bout three years ago I got side tracked from my tied for first car love.....bn6 two seater nasty boy versus 911 conversion "//////"...don't know that they have a name for these that you can print!!! the Porsche has been sitting for about three years and I had intended to do some improvements but then I bought a bj7 nasty and a year later the bn6 nasty. both required considerable time, effort, and expense to bring up to "snuff"! well I sold the bj7 about three months ago and kept the bn6 and drive it most often! all this time he Porsche conversion that I had done several years ago sat on the sidelines until a few weeks ago...I had several items to address but completed those and reinstalled everything and just fired it up! 1971 911 with a dart all aluminum 434 cubic inch sbc roller motor with efi. the motor makes almost 600 chp. it weighs in at 2200 pounds and goes quickly. I still love my bn6 but the 911 is calling...strongly!

That is a clean looking transplant in the Porsche. It must make jaws drop when you pull away from a red light. Just don't get into the throttle halfway through a turn!

Great looking Porsche, no doubt it greatly upsets the Porsche fanatics who are far less accepting of these things than Healey guys who like a nicely done nasty Boy. How does the weight and handling compare to the original?

a few years back I had it corner balanced and it was slightly better than original. the all aluminum motor helps with that. and, the radiator adds a bit more weight to the front which helps with overall weight distribution. lots of 930 components such as the suspension, brakes, transaxle, etc. it has few creature comforts and the car is considerably lighter than original.
