Early Altenative Fuel Vehicle

Dang!! I had a Corvair Monza Spyder I bought used
for $750., back in the day. Other than throwing fan
belts and running a bit hot up long, steep hills;
I ran the wheels off that car and it never left me
stranded. Ran great in the snow. I had a bunch of fun
driving that car. I wish it was still parked in my garage.

Man!! I wish that was closer. It is fairly hard to find a complete spider like that. Most of the turbo engines are long gone. Everything is available to fix it, or it would be a great donor for another bodyshell.

Wow Jesse,

After all the help you've given me, I wish I could
fly up and help you with your Corvair project.
That would be a blast!!!

I am an ace at swapping out Corvair head gaskets.

Know nuthin' 'bout Triumphs.... but Corvairs???
I wish I still had mine.

It says that it will run on WD-40! Gee, that's only 23 bucks a gallon for fuel? Duh

Oh, I guess he means, until you get it running on gas. Should only cost about 10 grand to get it on the road. Cheap!
