Early '74 Midget Water Pump Bolts/Alternator Bracket?

Ready to put in the new water pump,but when I painted the bolts,
I painted over my notes of where they went.
Also,I painted over where the bracket for the alternator goes.
I've spent hours looking at shop manuals,but they're of no help.
I'm such an IDIOT! - can anyone help me sort this out?

Doug,
heres a picture of the alternator bracket and you should be able to look at the water pump and tell where the long and short bolts go.
