I'm not sure what you mean, Karl. Something like this?

That's really only a "three-window" I suppose....

There is a page or several on the Standard Motor Club web site dealing with commercial variants.

Wouldn't this

be considers a "5 window", since the windshield is split ? (As I think the photo Andy posted is, as well.)

Looks like you are right, Andy. A quick Google turns up lots of "5 window" trucks like the one you posted, and I didn't see a one where they counted the split windshield as even one "window".

Yes those are the Standard Triumph Pickup trucks I am referring to. I think the term "5 window" might be more of a Hotrodder term for the early American coupes and trucks that were mentioned. I have a lead on a couple of these trucks. One of them has the glass in the corners of the cab and the other has them filled in! Don't know whether you had a choice of either when they were new or if a PO has replaced the glass? In any event how rare or collectable are these trucks? I'll check out the Standard Motor Club. Thx for the info. Karl

Like most old trucks, they're pretty rare simply because they were used and used...and used up! Apparently they were reasonably popular in Canada; sadly, we never got them in the States! I don't know as I've ever seen them with the "corner" windows, so if you happen to have some pictures (hint, hint)....
