In commemoration of Gerry Coker's upcoming 93rd birthday (June 22?) I thought it would be neat to illustrate the one of the two cars that were presented at the 1955 Earls Court Motor Show. In addition to the striking black and pink (dusty rose) color combination it's interesting to see the differences in the two-tone paint lines from the production cars. This example and the sister car—TAC620— in it's Pacific Green and white livery must have certainly made a colorful statement. I'd like to thank Al Alfano and Reid Trummel who were very helpful in confirming a few of the important details and differences between the show and production cars.
