Any advice on how to fix wobbly outside rearview mirror. It's the original one. I'd like to change it, but I guess I'd have to remove door panel (real pain).

Assuming it's wobbly at the base, where it bolts to the door? If so, I don't know any way to do it other than remove the door panel to tighten the nuts. The Door panels really are not that difficult to remove, just be careful as you pop out the spring clips that secure the panel to the door. My mirror is/was mounted on the bulkhead, forward of the door.

The original mirror stem is spring loaded (fed. safety), so if you grab it and slowly twist it 90 degrees, you expose the 2 mounting screws in the base. Some screws were screwed directly into the sheet metal, some were bolts into caged nuts, some were bolts with nuts on the inside of the door. With luck, you don't have to take off the door panel.

If it's not a loose base and the spring loaded stuff inside the mirror is loose, you'll need a parts mirror for little tiny parts to fix it.

Thanks -- that really helps. I'll try that and hope I don't have to remove door panel.
