I can't seem to fine the post with the part number and brand for the 7mm high tenson wires. As I remember someone got a V8 set and used half and kept half for spares.

Drew was that you??

That was me, Jack. I used a universal set for a V8, so I get 2 sets in one.

Accel Super Stack, 7mm Universal Fit Performance Wire Set
Solid core
part #3009

Bright yellow, with 90 degree ends (red). They seem to work well. Cost me about $18.

What kind of a place did you get them Drew. Just what I am looking for. Apprecate the responce.

I found them at the local auto parts store. They're an aftermarket thing, were on the shelf with the other performance parts (such as there were--I live in a pretty small town). They're a generic set, so didn't need the usual year-make-model. Helped that the guy at the counter was (no offense) an older chap, so he remembered folks with imports buying these sets back in the day.

The key is 7mm solid core. Brand doesn't really matter. I have the side entry cap, so I just cut the wires to length and away I went.

Right, you would beleive the strange looks I get when I ask for 7mm wire. All they want to know is make and model.

Yellow would be nice though.

Right up the way Drew, appreciate the heads up. Thanks
