robert, i got mine from sports and classics for my bj7, with belts and rear outer seat panel brackets for a three point system, other venders also carry these.

I ordered some Redline oil from a company called saferacer.com. When the oil came today, it had a catalog of other stuff available, lo and behold, Eyebolts for seatbelts. They look much like mine from the BJ8, they might be worth looking at. Items GF109 and GF109L.
