Was going through some old old stuff today and found:

Austin-Healey Sprite Drivers Handbook, Bugeye edition 1958, 97H 1583A

Austin-Healey Sprite Drivers Handbook, Mark III with Supplement for MK II 1957 edition, ADK 3899 G

Austin-Healey Sprite Special Tuning book AKD1021A, Issue 2, 1958

All are like new right from the press. The Bugeye books are not for sale but I will sell the MK III Drivers Book. Be assured it is like new in every respect.

What's a fair price including shipping? Make me an offer.

hi Jack,

dumb question you say it is a Mk 111 hand book, what year is on the book.
If it is the 66 sprite hand book I would love to buy it, if we can agree on a price
thanks Phil

It is an Austin-Healey Sprite Mark III Driver's Handbook Printed in 1967 and identified with Publication Part NO. AKD 3899 G.

It is for a Mark III, 1964-1966. I have had it stored away since new I expect but have no memory of getting it. It is 43 years old and is just like new.

Make me an offer including postage and we can do business.

Thank you very much,, the drivers hand book looks great. My car will be with me until I am 6 feet under so with a little luck I will own the book for at least another 50 years.

Cheers Phil

and if you don't paint it soon, it might be quicker than that, or, if your wife finds your receipt book.

I bet the wife finds the receipt book first.

Cheers

Mark

Thanks Phil, I'm glad you are pleased.

+1

JP ok I will paint , my hardwood job is half done.
only another 750 sq feet to go, the stairs will be tough.

I took my RX 7 rear axle to the machine shop today. I left him a complete sprite rear axle plus the RX 7 he told me a couple of weeks and the RX7 axle will look and fit like the sprite. This was a May job that is inching forward.

I also purchased a beautiful sun fast Robins top and tonneau, having both installed next Wed. I will have the vinyl top for sale, nothing wrong with it I just wanted the Robins look. The receipt is somewhere, that reminds me must tell my wife about my purchase sometime. Better to ask for forgiveness then beg for permission.

Cheers Phil

it'll be nice to have it all together - we need to schedule a fall drive with Mark before it gets too cold.

JP- yes we need to do that, just not sure where time goes, can Mark make time during the week for say a late morning run/ lunch.
Phil
