What better way to spend the Marine Corps 232nd Birthday than in an Irish Pub that is owned by a former marine himself. Appropriate considering the Corps saw its start way back in 1775 in a little place called Tun Tavern.

In keeping with tradition the youngest Marine cut the cake as an Irish duo The Marine Corps’ Hymn with a Acoustic Guitar & a Mandolin as about 40 plus Marines sang along.

To all my fellow Devil Dogs everywere – Happy Birthday!

A day late, but Semper Fi Bret! I spent last night with a bunch of my buddies up in NC, having a few, and generally causing trouble. Luckily this year, no sword fights broke out. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
 
No sword play here either. But I enjoyed watching all those young Marines in there Dress Blues (a few in Alfas too) having a good time.

Even bought a few rounds.
