Drainage hoses, best route.

On my old TR6 I lengthened these and ran them out through the splash panels behind the front wheels.
On my TR4a resoration I am planning to paint inside the wheel wells body colour not black undercoating so they weould be a bit visible.
Has anyone any beter suggestions?

Yes, drill a hole in the top of the rocker panel bulkhead which is directly below the drain line hanging above. Add a longer piece of drain line and feed it thru this hole and out a similar hole in the bottom side of the rocker panel and beneath the car. Grommets can be fitted to prevent chaffing and all is hidden from view.
