Drain plug?

Should there be a drain plug on Serendipity? (My '67 GT) I have looked and cannot find one. The tank is (was) new from Moss 7 years ago but the car has not run in 6. I am going through Tony's list to bring her back to life and have taken apart the fuel pump as I have power to it but no clicky clicky.
So far, I have cleaned the points and am going to bench test it before I re-install it to drain the tank.
I want to make sure all is in order before I start it.

May have been replaced with a plugless tank... I siphoned 5 gallons outta my tank to take a look through the removable sending unit to look mine over. Then stupidly put the 5 gallons of gas into one of my other cars (it ran like crap for the next 2 tanks of gas).

Be sure to throw out whatever gas you get out of it. It's not worth anything to an engine after sitting so long.

I got the pump working and the tank is still draining! I ran a small piece of tubing at where is meets the carb, and ran it down to a pan to collect it.I plan on throwing it all out as soon as I am done.
