TR6 Door window adjustment

We have encountered a couple of problems with the adjustment of the side windows on a 1972 TR6 restoration. First, the line of the front of the glass is not parallel with the windshield frame. It is closer at the top than at the bottom. We have tried to loosen all of the adjustments on the winder and the tracks to little avail. Secondly, how does one stop the upward travel of the window so as to prevent it from extending above the top of the windshield.

Thanks, Dave. I checked but found that part FE73 is no longer available. The 6-pack article however was great with a couple of good ideas I can try to better align the glass.
