Door Pops open unexpectedly

The drivers door on my 64B keeps popping open. How do I adjust this? My Haynes and the other books I have don't give any guidance. Any tips? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/patriot.gif
 
One of the reasons later cars used a completely different setup was because of that - about the only thing I know you can do is replace the latch setup with one that's not so worn
 
Change B post strikers, left to right ..right to left. reason for this, strikers wear differently, a temp fix untill you get new ones.
 
When I replaced a broked latch mechanism I had the same problem of the door flying open. Replacing the catch mounted to the pillar solved the problem.
