What is the preferred process to replace the door pillar rubber gasket on my 1962 BT7?

Thanks, Eric

There are a couple of bolts holding each pillar that are accessed by opening the door and reaching under the dash. There is also the screw that shows in the photo. Remove all of those on both sides. Some pillars have shims between the pillar and inner fender. Note where they go when removing the bolts underneath so they can be properly replaced. When all the bolts and screws are removed, you at one end, and a helper at the other end can lift the windshield together and access the pads and replace with new pads. Reassemble.
