I am making new door panels for my 3000. I do not have the old ones to use as a template. I am trying to determine the correct size of the opening in the panels. Could someone measure the distance from the inside edge of the door panel to the edge of the metal in the door opening? I need the side, top and bottom distances. Thank you, Richard

I don't have the panels on my doors at this time....but here's a photo of my original BT7 door panel with measurements as shown. The measurements include the thickness of the vinyl. Maybe this will help.

While I had the door panel out, I made a tracing of it. If you want it, PM me your address and I will send it to you.

Thank you Joe, I'm having trouble reading one of your measurements. Is the lower one 6-3/8" or is it 6-5/8"?
