Door Lock Install Kit

Anyone out there install one of those Moss door lock install kits ?
I ordered a new "matched" lock kit for my Midget & also ordered the "Install Kit" part # 402-195

https://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=65001&SortOrder=1

supposed to be easy & better than the original spring clips... trouble is there are no instructions so I'm left guessing how it goes in, I think I got how everything goes except not sure what to do with the plastic washers... ideas ? looks like the "U" clip replaces the spring clip, & I assume the beveled washer goes against the door skin so the little screws in the U clip have somethin to push against, think the plastic washers might be a "filler" where the old spring clip tangs grabbed but not sure...

Might they go between the lock and the paint?

hmmm..., the lock set has a nice rubber gasket already that will go between the lock & paint, the plastic washers in the install kit are "crude" hard plastic, look like they are to be used where they won't be seen ;-)

Whats a door lock? And a trunk lock, does it look something like a plith?

I'm still looking for my trunk lock as well.

ha ha ha you BE guys are soooo funny
Got this install diagram from Moss support, posting incase some one else needs it. Guess that plastic washer is a gasket - yikes, I stayed with the rubber gasket only.
