When I put this altogether the inside door opener wants another 1/4 to 1/2 of inch to open the door.

I know nothing of these but I bet the handle can be moved on the pin that goes in to the in side. Your handle is in the center and should be to one side some more to get the full throw.

The handle fits on a square shaft. It should be more towards the front of the car. I've never looked closely at these so I can't say what the problem may be.

Ahhh, make it so. Turn the shaft a bit and reinstall the handle.

Ahh, on something. Sounds good, a drop of JW Black should fit the bill.

Make sure the handle pin is in the hole on the latch. If you missed it that would take extra movement to open the door.

I think your picture is a little wrong Dan

The round peg doesn't fit into the square hole.

You are correct sir. I shouldn't talk about these new fangled cars until I'm sure what I'm talking about.

It should go in the rounded slot.

"That's okay Dan this is what this place is all about.

Now if I could figure out what my problen is.

Mark

And that's the hard part, identifying the problem. All down hill from there.
