Door latch striker nut sourcing- 100-4

The nut on the backside of the latch striker on my 100-4 (BN1) has managed to back off and end up on a roadside somewhere. Is this isn't descriptive enough, it's the one you would access from behind the sill in the rear wheel well. My question is where I would source one since it seems to be an odd thread pattern and I've struck out at Moss. Thanks in advance for your help!

They were used on a heap of pre-war UK cars, MGs, Fords etc. I got replacement ones from these guys
