Door hinges - steel or aluminum?

My 66 BJ8 came to me with one steel and one aluminum upper door hinge. Both lower hinges are aluminum. The steel hinge appears as the picture in the Mechanical Service Parts List, while the aluminum one does not have the two ears on the chassis side, where the posidrive screws go. So which is right? Do I have one incorrect hinge or three?
 
Hi cutlass, On my 66 BJ8's the hinges are all alike and are made from Aluminum.---Keoke-?

OH I forgot!. That funny lookin hinge belongs to a 100-6.
