I recall a thread some time ago about door alignment on an early B, there was a mention of using a towel etc. Can't find it in the search feature, but I know Tony, Doc and Scott posted with their experiences. Can someone chime in on this please?
thanks, Mike

Yep. An exercise in compromise. Blankets to keep the paint from damage. BIG Phillips screwdriver "PosiDrive" or bit for a ratchet helps. Loosen the mounting screws one at a time to start with and retighten 'em... that way you don't have all but one loose then find you can't control the "droop" when it finally snaps loose.

The fit on the things was never "Honda close" so don't get all crazy over it.
