TR6 Door adjustment

I am currently working on both doors-what a pain. The one adjustment I can't seem to figure out is at the striker area. The door sticks out and I can't figure out how to bring the door in closer to the body. There seems to be no adjustment on the door itself. I tried moving in the striker plate in, but it still will not bring it in close enough. Seems to be a lot of play when the door is closed and I pull on it. Any tips on what I am missing here? Any advice is welcomed.

Make sure it is getting to the second level catch. You may need to move the striker plate out instead of in.

You might try to adjust the metal flange that the door seal is on. Bending it a little inward might give the door a little more travel, and also might allow the striker a little more latitude.
