Are you sure it is a hinge alignment issue. It can also be the door latch. The latch post is adjustable by moving the plate it is attached to, at least on my BN2. Adjusting the hinges is a trial and error process. I find it is mostly error and trial with success only after hours of fidgeting. This is because you have to back-off the hinge screws in either the door pillar or on the door side, tap the door with a mallet to get it to move a bit, snug the screws and try the door. It took me so long at the end of my rebuild that now that they are a bit out after 5K miles, I find it doesn't bother me as much as it used to.....
