Done! sort of...

Well, she's done and put to bed for winter (supposed to snow today). Still needs new tires and I have to find side screens (and the bumper is supposedly "in the mail"), but the car left the shop today and looks great! The color is a version of Salvador blue (a custom TR2 color) with the black interior (and non-stock wooden dash, next pic). Thanks to those that helped along the way with the restoration (in particular Adrio),

Cheers,

VERY NICE, Kerry! I know you're gonna be anticipatin' springtime a little more now.

It's been interesting following your progress - sort of a vicarious restoration each time we read about one.

I'm very jealous, I'm about a year away from having my TR3 painted. Yours looks great, remember, summer will be here soon and top down driving season will be here. Enjoy

Thats a stunning color, I love it. Probably looks even better in person, like from behind the wheel looking down the hood on a nice summer romp. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Looks very nice. Now you will have something to get rid of those summertime blues
