I used to have dogs, but tired of cleanng up poop and throw up. Neighbors have three dogs, bark all the time. Last one, they said didn't bark, yeah right, not home when Grandma let's it out. Now have 6 barkers on the block? :(
 
Hey Larry, now that you've tried the neighborly thing, perhaps you're ready to try another course of action. Consider checking with your local / regional animal control for nuisance laws / ordinances which can protect your piece of mind and property value.
 
You also need to have the "Is there a pill in it?"

For poodles, add "Is it mine?", with the only answer is Yes.
