Shadbolt cams in Vancouver can regrind my BJ8 cam to the following spec for 200.00:
The touring grind goes by the identifying number of M-462 it is 220 degrees @ .050 " 270 degrees advertised cam lift is .265" valve lift is .397" gross with 108 degrees of lobe separation. The stock cam is 252 degrees.
So the same lift as stock but a fair bit more duration and a little "hotter" than the Welsh DWR-1:
Sound like a reasonable street cam on a stockish engine with minor head work and lightened flywheel?
