Does the coil mount on top of pedal box on 1500?

I feel kind of stupid asking this but can anyone tell me where the electric coil mounts on the 1500? Right now I have it mounted on the side frame so the spark wire goes over the heating duct tubing to the distributor. This seems to work ok but as I see from a few pictures it's suppose to mounnted in the brake pedal area some where.

The pictures aren't really clear so I am having a hard time determining exactly where. I don't see any specific bracket or anything on the pedal lid. Anyways if you can offer some advice I would appreciate it.

Thanks

See picture attached - It goes on the plate that covers the "box" where the brake/ clutch pedal pivot point is. (Does that make sense)

I have 1500 pedal lid with the bracket that I'd trade for a good lid w/o the bracket.
