I dunno... I usually FORGET to turn on the radio. And I've tried driving competitively with music playing and found it to be too distracting. It interrupts what little "rhythm" I can muster for the driving task. :shrug:
 
I don't have a radio in any of my cars. So I guess the answer is no!

The only way I can see music affecting my driving is by distracting me from concentrating on where my wheels are pointed.
