When I was moving to Virginia,in 2017,I saw the road sign for
Clear Lake,Iowa.I kept thinking that I'd heard of it somewhere.After
a while,it came to me.
I stopped by the Surf Ballroom & took the picture below.I should
have gone inside,as they have pictures,etc. of past acts.There's also
a really nice lake about a block away.

Not sure if you ever read the story of why Dion wasn't on the plane - the per person cost was $36 which was the same amount his dad paid per month for his apartment - Dion thought 'no way am I spending that much for a flight' - so he opted out.
