Do you drive in the rain?

It's voodoo Drew - some black spell they cast to ward off the demons of wet.
Next they will be all like: "just turn on your hee-tur and dry the stuff out mon"...

What are these windows and defroster of which you speak?

Just a fad Drew, just a fad - don't worry about it

Well until now i didn't realize that some of these cars came without windows and defrosters. I guess I'm a lucky one then.

I do plan on driving in the rain and snow. Considering if i don't, i don't think id ever make it to school when it starts up again.

Edit: Iv got a hee-tur to. I doubt it work but at least iv got one.

Uh..we ain't talking 'bout no fancy smancy B GT son.
Real men drive cars without door handles, sliding plexiglas
side curtains and tops that have to be installed like an erector set.

Unless you can push that GT better than I can lift a Sprite
I figure now is only time I COULD keep up.

Edit: provided I get the rear wheel back on.

Driving in the rain is fun! Makes me feel as though I am in some type of rally.

Though I was caught in a nasty rain storm last summer when heading home from the golf course..I could have lifted the top up but with two golf bags popping out on each side of the midget and a 6'2 passenger..it was impossible. The experience was like going through a car wash. Good thing I didn't have the carpet installed. The radio stopped working, reverse lights and cigarette lighter.

Would I still drive it in the rain...Yes...so much fun.

Also Driving in the snow after a massive snow storm is even more fun!

a couple years ago I passed an immaculate convertible pagoda Mercedes with top down in the rain because of the big TV in the passenger seat. "sure honey why don't I nip down and pick it up, we don't need to pay for delivery." I don't know if ever I've seen anyone so dejected, especially when the light turned red and he just had to wait and be watched.

I TRIED to resist this, I REALLY did.......but it was not possible!

I was tired of my MG
We'd been together too long
Like a worn-out recording
Of a favorite song
So while it sat there parking
I read the paper in bed
And in the Classified columns
There was this ad I read

"If you like Pininfarinas
And driving in the rain
If you're not into Yugos
If you have half a brain
If you'd like driving at midnight
In the dunes on the Cape
Then I'm the car that you've looked for
Write to me and escape."

I didn't think about my MG
I know that sounds kind of mean
But me and my old MG
Have fallen into the same old dull routine
So I wrote to the paper
Took out a Classified ad
And though I'm nobody's poet
I thought it wasn't half bad

"Yes I like Pininfarinas
And driving in the rain
I'm not much into health food
I am into champagne
I've got to meet you by tomorrow noon
And cut through all this red-tape
At a track called O'Malley's
Where we'll plan our escape."

So I waited with high hopes
And it drove up to the place
I knew its grill in an instant
I knew the curve of its face
It was my own lovely MG
And it said, "Oh it's you."
Then I laughed for a moment
And I said, "I never knew."

That you like Pininfarinas
Or driving in the rain
And the feel of the ocean
And the taste of champagne
If you'd like driving at midnight
In the dunes of the Cape
You're the MG I've looked for
Come with me and escape

:driving:
