Do the following pictures look right to you? I've not done a release bearing before. Also the linkage has been tons of fun, so prior to mating and installing the engine I figured I would ask.....

Many Thanks to all and to all a good night! Have a Happy and Safe Holiday to all....

OK, so I forgot how to Attach pictures, I'll add them my Album.....

Too much Egg-Nog I guess?

It's looking good. Linkage & TO bearing look correct.

If you wish to be totally concours correct, the screws holding the insulating boards should be turned around so that the long end & nut are on the outside. Keeps from forming lumps under the carpet. Just nit picking!

From what I can see, you are doing a great job.

Dave,

Thanks!!!! I'll address the screws as well. Hope to have the Trans and Engine back together this week and with lick back in the chassis.

Michael.

Michael,

I'm not a concours addict but even so it looks pretty nice to me.

One question i have is regarding the front SU float bowl. It looks as though it is bent down, or is it just an illusion?.

If it is "off", it will certainly affect tuning, as the fuel level at the jet won't be the same as the rear carb.

Everything else that I see looks pretty nice though.

I never noticed that, I'll take alook at the Carb and see what's up. Thanks!
