Do I need to resurface this flywheel?

I'm replacing my clutch, and noticed grooves in the surface of the flywheel on my 1974 MGB. I'm wondering if I have to have it surfaced or replaced. The grooves are deep enough that I can feel them with my fingernail.

From the picture it looks like, yes. My rule of thumb is if I can feel wear with a fingernail, as in grooves, it gets resurfacing, if not, then no.

"thirded".

I see blue steel and a chase where the disc rivets have had their way with it. If it were in my stable it'd get machined.

darn, I was afraid of that. I'll have to take it to my local garage and see if they can do it. I didn't buy the ring lock washer, so this is going to be a longer job than expected.

What ballpark price should resurfacing cost?

And here it is, in all its reconditioned glory:

The guy at the old-school machine shop near me charged $60, though.

Next up, spigot bushing and fork arm bushings. I hope I can do those myself.
