Just got my head back and am ready to reinstall. I'm going to replace all head and block studs and nuts. Should I use thread lock on the portion into the block, and if so, what color? Red?

No.

Install studs finget tight, no tigher, use motor oil on the threads on both ends. Hope this helps.

aroostok,

as Jack and GeeBee1 so eloquently stated <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:]no..
and <div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:] nope
respectively... :smirk:

GeeBee1...

I have read and re-read your tagline

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:]Two fat ladies window shopping for a mantelpiece
I am at a loss????? :confuse: There must be a story behind that...
