Not me. I have my own tried-and-true methods, both for charcoal and the propane unit... I'm old and set in my ways. :jester:


'smits is now maranating some more porky bits for later today. Propane grill this time, feelin' lazy: bro an' I busted down an old tire/wheel and remounted a tire for the MGB this morning... all by hand. woof. CAB time.

I'm with you Doc. "virtual" BBQs just can't match the sight, sound and smells of really being there!!! Bon appetit this evening! We are having a big cook-out tomorrow to celebrate son's b-day, sis-in-law's b-day and Memorial day all in one!! Lotsa people, lotsa food, lotsa CAB, now that's a BBQ!!! :cheers: :thumbsup:
 
Doc, i'm a believer in the 100ml radius food (any restaurant within 100 ml :thumbsup:smile: Theres nothing better than a big tomato and onion sandwich with the tomatoes and onions fresh from the garden.

Mike, there are some good recipes and rubs etc on there and I am always looking for good recipes :thirsty:
