DMV tomorrow [Up-date]

Re: DMV tomorrow

Fresh tank of premium, 91 octane with a 1/2 bottle of octane boost added.

I just took my car for a little five mile trip into town. (4 hours after my trip to the DMV, cool engine) Oil pressure over 50 pounds again. Could my problem have been heat related? My engine was definately hot (guage was probably close to 3/4) with my oil pressure much lower. Could the heat have effected the coil?

Re: DMV tomorrow

It sounds like fuel is not the cause of the stalling problem unless your tank vent is clogged. Also low oil pressure alone wouldn't shut off the engine.

Maybe the ballast resistor is NG or not even required for the resistance of your coil. No. 29216 is usually recommended for the Unilite.
