Distributor rebuilder - who, where?

I know that I came across a site for company in NY (?) that completely rebuilds and set up distributors, but I can't seem to find it now. Anyone know where it is? They do everything including powder coating if desired.

The ad was in Hemmings. He was in Tuxedo.
He just (literally just)sold his stuff to a guy in Minnesota.
I know because I just swapped emails with a friend who's trying to do exactly the same thing.

He does good work. Buckeye Triumphs' work page has him listed in their PDF work sheet under distributors.
