For those who may be interested, a display of flawlessly restored classic cars has recently been put on show in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the North Hills Shopping Center just off I-440 at Six Forks Rd. It is inside the former StoreHouse Furniture store (now out-of-business) adjacent to Lassiter Mill Rd. I have no idea how long it will remain there.
It includes an Austin-Healey 3000 Mk II, a Jaguar XK120, a Porsche 356, a Mercedes SL convertible, a Citroen Traction-Avant, a Moto Guzzi motorcycle, and others.
The cars are inside the store and it seems to be locked up but you can see them through the window and there are very informative and well-written description cards by each car.
I think it may be an advertising thing for Peak of Apex, the restoration place. I am not connected in any way with this company.
