My goodness that explains alot. When I received the notice, I followed it with a reply apologizing for my letting it lapse (I didn't know it had expired). When my reply went un-acknowledged, my thoughts were "that's a little cold". Now it all makes sense.
My suggestion: Have the notice sent a week or so before the expiration - arriving as a reminder that soon it's time to re-up.

That's a good suggestion, but it would require a modification to the software internally to do it. Possible, but not necessarily easy.

I worked with a guy that always said, "It is a computer, you can make it do anything. All it takes is time." You have to decide if it is worth the work. I think most of us will re-up as soon as we see the PM.

I wonder if there is an easy way to make each subscription a calendar event. IIRC the calendar sends out reminders, doesn't it?

A alternate payment option would help here. My EBAY\PayPal accounts have been closed due to scams\fraud.
