TR4/4A Disc wheel studs front and rear TR4a irs

So after looking at the part numbers to put in studs for non wire wheels It seems there are part numbers for front and another number for the rear wheels, I assumed they were the same as I saw some suppliers listing 1 part number.

are they all the same ?
 
They are different. If I recall correctly, the portion that seats in the hub is different.

ISTR one has a tapered seat and the other a flat seat, but don't recall which is which offhand.
