Disc Brake Conversion on Sprite

I want to attempt to convert the drum brakes on my Healey Sprite MK1 to discs. I heard of the spindles and so forth from a midget fiting nicely on a sprite, but has anyone ever heard of putting MGB brakes on a sprite? Modification is of course nessesary, but how much and the experiance level required is unknown to me. Midgets seam to be hard to find, as well as MGB's. I have found two MGB's that are about to be scraped.

Jholland,

Looks like you are new here...welcome. This question would be best posted on the Spridget board located elsewhere on this forum. But, having said that, I have upgraded the brakes on my Bugeye with later model Midget/Sprite discs and everything "bolts" on more or less. Can't address the MGB question, sorry.
