Looks like there are some low spots in the ground around there. Be sure to ask about flooding from the hurricane.
 
Heck, for that price (prolly negotiable) there should be some salvageable parts. Might even be a keeper. Need to go check it out. TR4's are collectible. Even the parts on Ebay can bring good monies. My buddy bought a rough TR3 for little money and made a wad on Ebay for the parts......

Well, she and I already have an agreement that I have the garage for 6 months to sort out what I already have. And I only have 2 months left on that arrangement. But I did pass this info on to a fellow club member who is working up a nice TR4 and if it works out I can laugh at him while he tries to deal with the logistics!
