How come it's a convertible? Strike that - seems it's not a convertible - it's a permanent open car. Room for a bumberchute?

It seems to have been styled after the 1960s Batmobile which had twin Triumph Surrey tops that were permanently open. I guess that it never rained in Gotham City back then.
